Jackie Dunn Smith came to Dallas from San Diego, California where she has always excelled as a tattoo artist and above average citizen.  
She is currently tattooing at Welcome Stranger in Dallas and a host of other guest gigs around the country. She paints and tattoos when she’s not sharing family time with Dan Phillips and their children Velena and Mugsy.
She recently dipped her toe in the water of playing music in BAD STUFF with musician partner Dan and a couple other of of lady friends.
Jackie loves working in oil and is not afraid to tackle any mediums with rich colors and texture.
Jackie is a whirlwind of herself who will always surprise you with her art and personal style coupled with her kind nature.
